ABSTRACT: Taking the actual canal-flow data from 2008 to 2013 of Beijing-Shijiazhuang section on the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the relationships among lengths of every canal, discharge fluctuation, the up and down-stream water levels of the gate and variation time are established to conduct the adjustment of control gate of canal flow and steady the dispatching service with the help of modern data mining technology.
