1 INTRODUCTION
As one of the major factors hindering economic growth, the financing difficulties of SMEs should be urgently solved. However, Small and Mediumsized Construction Enterprises (SMCE), a part of SMEs in China, is also facing the financing difficulties till now. To ease the financing difficulties of the present situation can be changed from the way commercial bank credit as a starting point, it is desirable to increase the safety of the use of funds of commercial banks and building trust in the small and medium enterprises, in order to achieve the purpose of ease financing difficulties. At present, most of domestic and foreign scholars made qualitative analysis on influencing factors of SMEs financing, but no empirical study on influencing factors of SMCE financing. This paper applied Structural Equation Model (SEM) to make empirical research on the factors of SMCE financing, providing a scientific basis for solving the problem of SMCEs financing. SEM can analyze the influencing factors as a whole and be the effective tool to solve the problem.
