Shannon, the founder of information theory and who is a mathematician in Bell laboratory in America, holds the view that information is the decrease of uncertainty[4].
Information quantum is a physical quantity measuring the amount of information in information theory[5]. Referring to the use of safety signs, the spread of information that safety signs transmit can be transferred to the model (Fig. 1).
