ABSTRACT
Clonal selection algorithm is to simulate the natural function of the immune system, a new intelligent method, which is based on the traditional evolutionary algorithm based on the introduction of the affinity of mature, cloning and memory mechanisms, and use the appropriate operator to ensure that the algorithm can quickly converge to the global optimal solution. Compared with evolutionary computation, when clonal selection algorithm improves the convergence speed, and at the same time it keeps the diversity of the population. Effectively overcome the problems that the premature convergence and so on of evolutionary computation is difficult to solve. Reactive power optimization is a multi-variable, mixed-integer nonlinear programming problems and more constrained, the operating variables include continuous and discrete variables makes the optimization process is very complicated.
