ABSTRACT
In this paper, a nonlinear intensity index for high earth dam slope stability model for normal operating conditions and Seismic safety factor [5-7] and reliable condition indicators are calculated based on Relative theoretical safety factor [7-8] by comparing two relatively safe rate determined by the corresponding level of more than 200 m high earth dam slopes stability safety factor.
