ABSTRACT
DOP is a kind of general type plasticizer chemical material[2-3]. Its density changes with temperature (Fig. 1), and curve-fitting method could be used for the density correction.
1 INTRODUCTION
Volume matching is usually used for liquid or gas materials, while in actual production, mass matching is often used instead of volume matching because a large number of liquid is difficult to be weighed by vessels. The density value ρ of different material changes under different temperature, so if it is regarded as a constant in the conversion process, the calculated volume value will have deviation compared to the real quantity demand, and this will affect the matching accuracy directly. The affection of the densities of different materials by temperature is not the same, and most materials density and temperature show non-linear relation[1], which requires some measures in actual dosing process to avoid the matching deviation.
