As a sustainable economic develop model boasting low energy consumption, low pollution, low emissions, as well as high potency, high efficiency and high benefits, LC economy focuses on gaining bigger economic, environmental and social benefits with the cost of lower carbon emission [1]. LCHs are a part of LC economy. Aiming at environmental protection and sustainable economic development, LCHs realize a win-win-win situation in terms of social, economic and environment development by means of clean production, LC consumption, source & energy conservation and ecological environment protection [2]. For hotels, LC development means not only a kind of social responsibility, but also a brand new view of development which helps hotels re-examine their business procedures, positioning, supply chains, value chains and the like, thereby lowering cost, increasing benefits, creating values and building their own competitive edges. However, to build LCHs, various stakeholders will be involved. Then, how to prevent and reconcile the conflicts of interests, paving a flat road for the construction of LCHs becomes a question posed. This paper analyses the targets of interests of core stakeholders, and based on which, tries to build an interest coordination mechanism.
