ABSTRACT

The research of eco-environmental vulnerability, which comes from the basic definition of the concept of IPCC (2001), it has become a global change research and sustainable development research hot spots now [4]. Although the eco-environmental vulnerability assessment is a relatively new field, it has developed rapidly in recent years, ecological environment restoration provides a lot of useful information [5], [6]. Evaluation of a variety of methods has been developed, such as the Integrated Assessment Act [7], AHP [8] and forecasts weighting method (IWM) [9]. However, these methods are established to assess the importance of the factors in the expert level experts will lead directly to the final evaluation results [10], [11].
