ABSTRACT
Traditional training method of hydropower station line staff is attendant training with who have received major education. Because of the demand of continuity and security in electricity production process, trainee have difficulty getting operation training efficiently and sufficiently. Moreover, with automation level of hydropower station getting higher[1], line staff seldom have opportunity to practice actually. Meanwhile large-scale electrical power system’s enhancing demand of misuse getting smaller and smaller. Thus it has vital practical significance to research hydropower station’s fulldigital-simulation[2-4] and based on which to training line staff in modern training methods.
