1 INTRODUCTION

Due to the oil energy crisis and continuously tightened emission targets, as the alternative fuel of oil, gas attracts more and more attention. A large number of domestic and international research and practice evidence [1,2]: The main component of natural gas-methane has a strong resistance to knocking, simple chemical structure, and has full combustion, low pollution, low cost, and helps at prolonging engine life. Currently, the development of natural gas bus becomes an important way to governance urban air pollution in many of our cities. In addition, running in the city full of cars and traffic crowded, the cars are always in the idle condition, about 30% of fuel consumption in this condition. Engine with start-stop technology, i.e. the idle-stop car can restart fast, can effectively reduce vehicle emissions and fuel consumption, and this technology has been recognized by many countries and regions [3,4]. Thus, natural gas engine start-stop technology has a very important significance for full and effective use of our gas resources and reducing the country’s dependence on oil, protecting the urban environment and meeting increasingly stringent emissions regulations [5,6].
