ABSTRACT

The paper tries to explore the method of construction priority of smart water resource, and take Beijng city as the case study, to develop the overall strategic framework of smart water resource. The connotation of smart dependence index in the field of water resources is described in the paper. By combing the water business of Beijing city, the water business architecture is designed, and the problems in the construction of Beijing Water informatization is analyzed, then the analysis matrix of smart dependence index is presented[3,4]. Taking the construction of smart water resource in Beijng as case study, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied to analyze smart information index in the water business. The result shows that, for the construction of smart water resource in Beijng, water resources management, water environmental management and other management services are the most important and most urgent construction aspects.
