ABSTRACT
Mining of Zavalievs’k graphite deposit is carried out by open-pit method. It is recommended to develop deposit first by combined and then by underground methods using room-and-pillar system with goaf stowing by refinement tailings to preserve Earth surface for national economy and for ecological balance of industrial region.
