ABSTRACT

General sense, double-fed induction wind generator of dual PWM converter is made up of two types of voltage source PWM converters which are all control devices (generally for IGBT) through DC bus connection, and generally a large capacitance is on the DC bus somewhere. This near the grid is referred to the net side converter. Near the doubly-fed induction motor converter called machine side converter. Dual PMW converter control can be divided into network side converter control and machine side converter control. Network side converter control is used to maintain the stability of the DC bus voltage, and to ensure the grid’s unit input power factor. Doubly-fed induction motor stator power output is completely decoupled by machine side converter control, which is the independent control of active power and reactive power output. In this paper, on the basis of theoretical research using the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software, the study for the doubly-fed induction motor dual PWM converter control not only has important theoretical significance, but also is of great practical significance.
