ABSTRACT
It is decided by the function of public artistic education that set up watercolor courses in science and engineering universities should get their focuses and directions. The curriculum and arrangement should be designed to meet with the characteristics of science and engineering students, course structures and teaching contents should be well arranged to focus the cultivation of emotion, interest and enthusiasm, to promote a pleasant and healthy development in both physical and mental for the students.
