ABSTRACT

Clothing retail is a traditional cyclical industry with a strong seasonality-there are significant slack seasons and peak seasons. The sale on weekends and holidays is much more than usual time, and sales in the second half is also far more than in the first half. Therefore, businesses should make long-term strategic planning. Own characteristics of Chinese clothing retail should be paid attention in its application of e-commerce, designing rational new business models to adapt to the changing markets [4].
