Emotional intelligence (Coleman, 2008) can be defined as the ability to monitor one’s own and other people’s emotions, to discriminate between different emotions and label them appropriately, and to use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior. Daniel Goleman (1998)introduced a model, focuses on EI as a wide array of competencies and skills that drive leadership performance. Goleman’s model outlines five main EI constructs: Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Social skill, Empathy, Motivation. Thus, this research depends on analysis of those five dimensions.
