ABSTRACT
Data governance is not only the key to organizational development, but also a new perspective of organizational research. Government agencies and companies have been aware of the positive role of data in improving management and the internal and external relations. According to Info Dev’s report, data governance can meet the following requirements: (1) providing a way for public to access government information, (2) through encouraging the interaction between citizens and officials to improve the democratic participations, (3) providing opportunities for the development of organization, especially the immature organization.
