ABSTRACT
On the basis of the accounting information system, with the modern Internet technology, integrating information resources in various aspects, processing and reprocessing the financial date deeply, discovering related information are helpful to the decision makers to make right decisions. On the other hand, the financial information should be shared between the various related units, such as tuition, teaching material and so on; which required to be connected with other departments so as to realize information resources sharing to increase timeliness and accuracy of the financial management information. So it cannot exist as a single isolated system, such as the financial management system, must be in combination with the school educational management information system, asset information, teacher information, student information to ensure providing a unified statistics. But in actual work, the phenomenon of information island is very serious, internal department fragmented, which is using the different application software, leading to the basic information can not be integrated finally, even a simple statistic result is not unified, differ in thousands ways.
