ABSTRACT

1 INTRODUCTION
At present, higher education and vocational education has developed very rapidly, the relationship between school and society has been increased annually, in which, the combination between school and enterprise is developing widely and deeply. The most direct form of expression is the cooperation between them. It is a talent training mode, whose goal is to improve the students’ professional qualities and professional skills. It connects the schools and enterprises tightly and combines the classroom learning with practical work. The core is to enhance the employment ability of students and promote their all-round development (Yu, 2006).
