ABSTRACT
Since the appearance of the first set of DCS in mid-1970s, DCS has been developed into a matured and practical system. At the same time, the simulation technology has also obtained great development and wide application. With the rapid development of the simulation technology, computer technology and information technology, the simulator, which was initially used for operators’training, has multiple functions now. One of the most important functions of simulation system is accident analysis and processing. It can reproduce accidents by inputting faults onto the simulator and perform data analysis by observing the response of the simulator. This method can help to analyze and verify the cause of the accident and provide a verification environment for accident analysis and development of anti-accident measures. At the same time, the simulation system also helps to improve and optimize the actual operation and the operating procedures of the unit for the power plant [1].
