ABSTRACT: Fault diagnosis technology in the aerospace embedded system is presented in this paper, combining Petri nets with Fuzzy Theory. Fault tolerance and tightness associated with hardware and software in the systems is introduced, a new definition of Fuzzy Petri Nets is proposed, the fault diagnosis model and the modeling method based on the Fuzzy Petri Nets is put forward. Then, the reverse graph-based reasoning method and the forward reasoning method based on matrix operations is given, and finally, an example is described to verify the availability and effectiveness of the model.
