ABSTRACT
Due to the complexity and breadth of information on the Internet, people are limited by their levels of knowledge and abilities of cognitive, which could be resulted from not properly understanding and effective use of information. In this “information overload” problem has become an increasingly serious problem in the network. To overcome the limitations above information overload and search engine services and information passive mode, academia and industry present recommended system solutions. Recommended system can be based on user preferences about historical interest, the initiative to provide users with information resources in line with their needs and interests.
