ABSTRACT

TOSCA technology is a relatively mainstream modular technology at present, which achieves a better mechanism design by adopting the design of modular optimization and reprocessing on the basis of original technology. The design of the automobile chassis is related to the stability and comfort of the automobile. The automobile chassis has many different suspension structures currently, while different cantilever mechanisms will achieve different effects [1]. Therefore, to meet the increasing requirements for automobile, the cantilever mechanism of automobile chassis should be strengthened and its technical bottleneck should be improved, thus doing best in stability, comfort, and so on. The TOSCA module optimization design technology is therefore introduced into the design of the automobile chassis. With the introduction, the technology content of the automobile chassis has been greatly increased, leading to the stability and technology of the cantilever mechanism design of the automobile chassis [2]. As a result, the Vehicles Chassis system has been improved in various aspects.
