ABSTRACT
Communication technology was born in ancient times. In the early 1900s, people applied electrical signals to communication. During 1940s, the first electronic computer appeared in the USA. With the combination of modern communication and computer technology, computer network communication came out. Computers worldwide are linked by computer network communication through network transmission medium, and communicate according to the standard Internet rules. As the technique brought conveniences to society, more and more industries apply it to larger fields [1]. However, risks never disappear from network communication. To deal with them, users should tackle all potential safety hazards confidently.
