ABSTRACT
Both family and school are equally important in young learners’ education. All parents, authoritative or hard-pressed, are far more likely to facilitate the development of competence and self-reliance in young children by providing substantial financial support required during English education. Educators besides parents are responsible for the improvement of pupils’ English education.
