ABSTRACT
As countries increased their investment in higher education, colleges and universities underwent great development. Many universities in the disciplines of construction, professional development, and other aspects have made great achievements, have produced many new achievements in teaching and scientific research, professional and brand high-quality goods curriculum embodies these results very well (He Tong. 2004). However, each teacher according to their own field or the courses are taught can eventually return to a teaching and research section, so the teaching and research section is the most basic teaching and scientific research units, built in accordance with ISO9000 quality standard system management mode of teaching and research section, standardize management of the teaching and research section, play each teacher’s enthusiasm for teaching and scientific research, on the teaching and scientific research of colleges and universities in the key to the next level.
