ABSTRACT
The rapid development of mass skiing is not coordinated with the skiing real situation with the growth of the skiing population and the lack of professional guidance to China’s ski. The world has one hundred years history of skiing. French, Swiss, Japan and other countries have relatively complete instructor reserves. Such as France, there are about 1000000 people participated in the skiing instructor training each year, and about 150000 people are full-time instructors in the snow. Compared with these countries, ski instructor reserves in our country is far less than 1/10000 of theirs. According to this and our country’s large ski market proportion, it far cannot meet the development needs of mass skiing. “The instructor is the key to drive the skiing sports development, and is the foundation to expands the market”.
