ABSTRACT
Online education is a new education model that students get access to learning guidance and information by means of computer online technology under the guidance and collaboration of teachers. At last, students can achieve the learning objectives by adopting effective ways[1]. Traditional PE teaching cannot meet the requirements to fully develop people. Therefore, the application of online technology has been a necessity in the modernization of PE teaching.
