ABSTRACT
In this world, besides light, air and water, two things, leisure and games, must possess in all life. Without leisure, all lives can not be sustained. Without games, all lives are difficult to evolve. The higher the degree of social civilization is, the more we should pay attention to leisure and games. Famous American leisure expert Jeffrey at the annual meeting of the American Society for Leisure noted that in the 21st century the leisure economy prevails. Sport is an important part of people’s leisure activities, and also widely accepted as a way of life. Leisure sports refer to the general term for a variety of sports activities in daily life that people use for entertainment and leisure. It is the result that modern people keep seeking and inevitable outcome of the social development to a certain phase.
