ABSTRACT
The college sport resource of 44 colleges (4 institutions under the ministry of education, 1 physical education school, 10 comprehensive colleges, and 29 higher undergraduate institutions) and the mass sport resource, including the stadiums, teachers, social instructors and financial investment are this paper’s objects.
