Along with the increasing investments of the national economy in sports. In 2011, the national fiscal revenue was 10.374 trillion Yuan, an increase of 24.8% over the previous year. The national fiscal expenditure of 10.893 trillion Yuan, there is an increase of 21.2% over the previous year. Among them, culture and sports and media show spending of 189 billion Yuan. It is a year-on-year increase of 34.8 billion Yuan and an increase of 22.5%. In 2011, culture and sports and media spending per person is RMB 140. Cultural and sports compared with last year increase speed is faster. 2.1.2 The development of sports service industry is still in its early stage
Statistical results show that: in 2007, the Chinese sports and related industries, “sports service” of the staff of 664500 people created the added value of about 32.25 billion, accounting for 25.49% of the total added value of sports and related industry. Besides, it also suggested that the Chinese sports and related industry in the tertiary industry accounted for a smaller proportion. In 2007, China’s “sports service” staff of 512500 people, 18.06% of the total created the added value of 21.173 billion Yuan, accounting for 16.73% of the total. On the contrary, the sporting goods industry practitioners are for 2.292 million people, to create the added value of 100.887 billion Yuan, accounting for 80.78% of the total and 80.78%, respectively. According to the development of foreign sports industry, the developed degree is higher, the greater the proportion of sports services. At present the United States, Britain and other western developed countries sports provide service industry all over the sports goods industry. But seen from the above data, the added value of China’s sports service industry is bigger than that of the sporting goods industry. The sports services in the sports and related industry are still for a low proportion.
