ABSTRACT
The establishment of student employment information management system is beneficial to the employment staffs who can get out of the heavy manual operation. Then, the management workload will be reduced. The employer can screen the student resumes which meet the recruitment requirements of company from the mass resumes so as to better choose the best talents and save time in reading a lot of paper. Meanwhile, the students can also learn more recruiting information from this system and rapidly know their suitable positions. The development of employment information management system is beneficial to the students, the colleges and the enterprises, which greatly improves the efficiency of college employment work.
