ABSTRACT
To guide and encourage college graduates to the grass roots-oriented employment is directly related to the major problems of the new historical conditions on “Cultivating what kind of people, How to cultivate people”. Cultivating what kind of people is the most important issue in the educational field. The party’s educational policy clearly states that education is to commit the socialist modernization and develop the socialist builders and successors. Former President Hu Jintao once pointed out: Masses of young people should consciously link their personal destiny with the destiny of the motherland and the nation,should closely link to their personal ideals with the attaining the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, should consciously serve the motherland and the nation, should selflessly contribute to society and work hard, and also should continuously make progress, in the positive social practice to create the youth with eternity and without regrets.
