ABSTRACT
Most refrigeration equipment such as cold storage, etc. is the legacy of the planned economy period. After the formation of the transformation, the large-scale, systematic cold-chain logistics system is just in its infancy. The development of cold-chain facilities and geographical distribution is not balanced. More completed cold-chain facilities are mostly located in the cold-chain link terminal. The upstream and mid-chain logistics is relatively lacking [1]. This cannot be provided because of the cold chain during the distribution of food security. The system of low temperature results in a large loss, high logistics costs and poor efficiency.
