ABSTRACT
In the digital video surveillance systems, motion detection and tracking is an important field of computer vision research topic. An algorithm which can overcome the external interference, and can quickly and accurately detect and track a moving target, has become many researchers’ common research goal. The method of Moving target detection commonly used the light flow, frame difference and background subtraction method, in which, background subtraction was widely used, because of the advantage of less calculation and easy to realize. But the general background subtraction has poor capability of anti-jamming, which directly affect the testing results. In the base of background subtraction, writer put forward an effective method of detecting and tracking targets. Through testing it is achieved satisfactory results.
