ABSTRACT
Operation maintenance witch is the basic to ensure the operational availability of equipment refers to all the technology and management activity which to ensure the reasonable operation to keep the prescriptive function, for example, pre-use check, fueling, storage and transportation (Yue et al. 2013). Importantly, equipment must have a superior technical index to guarantee the efficiency of the designed function. According to experts’ analysis, improving the efficiency of operation maintenance is important to improve the efficiency of equipment. Furthermore, an excellent operation maintenance program will achieve high operational readiness with low costs. Therefore, selecting the optimum program from a number of alternative programs is very important for ensuring the efficiency of equipment.
