1 INTRODUCTION

Cellular Neural Networks[1-3] originates in Hopfield Neural Networks and Cellular Automata[4] were first proposed by Neumann. CNN reveals the superiorities of Neural Networks and Cellular Automata. Those are having the function of high speed parallel processing, having the characteristic of continuous time dynamics[5-6], and having the characteristic of local joints between cells, of piecewise linear output functions, and of continuous real-time signal processing, which can realize large scale IC, high speed parallel process, improve running speed, and have double-valued output. Presently, CNN as a flexible and effective neural networks model is attached important to the image processing, pattern recognition, control, secure communication, physics and so on[7-9]. In this paper, the fifth-order CNN hyper-chaos system is achieved with operational amplifiers, the process of the realization is analysed and explained. Finally, the simulations are accomplished with Pspice, and the feasibility of the conclusion is proved.
