ABSTRACT
There are three types of technology are commonly used in developing short message mobile learning system by using short message gateway, short message cluster-sender and the third party short message group send service of mobile communication operators[3]. Information such as notice, arrangement, syllabus, after-class exercises, course and tests could be released to learners through the short message interactive platform provided by the operators, through which learners could master related teaching information timely and arrange learning time and schedule reasonably. Though this technology mode implements simply, fast and conveniently, it couldn’t adapt to the complex learning environment due to limiting to simple text information transmission and lacking of the degree of interactivity.
