2 THE CONSTRUCTION IDEAS AND IMPLEMENTATION METHODS OF PRACTICE TEACHING SYSTEM

2.1 We promote the construction of information technology application major, taking competition as the driving force

We are based on the specialized construction of information technology application at the provincial level, with the combination of “information technology application level” competition content: computer application, the key technology of software engineering and network engineering, and so on. We bring up an applied talents training pattern that takes professional working task and employing ability as the guidance, project driven, workintegrated learning, and we have improved the core curriculum standard. To establish a modular curriculum and training system, to complete four supporting teaching modules which include taking training the students’ employment ability as the center, grasping the basic knowledge, cultivating professional quality, raising their core post ability, and expanding synthetic professional ability. We cooperate with companies such as Microsoft, Cisco to set up experimental training base, and introduce the enterprise standard, project, occupational situation, and enterprise engineers into schools directly for the cultivation of the talent in software development, and network engineering, and so on. 1 INTRODUCTION

In recent years, with the continuous development of information technology and its application, and with the employing increasing demands of enterprises and institutions, mostly IT related occupation requires candidates received professional skills training, and have the appropriate project experience. This requirement exists with the current educational content provided by colleges and universities between the obvious faults, college graduates with the skills and level of experience difficult to match the requirements of the enterprise, which led to the “Graduates Employment” has become a wide spread social problem. For this reason, based on existing computer programs, we focus on the development trend of information technology and the application direction of information technology, combining the ITAT competition’s content. We build up a system that is based on working process, systematic program led by action around computer application, software engineering and network engineering. We develop applied project, set up teaching content carrying the project and the “Teaching, Learning and Action” theory. We adopt project-driven and mission-led teaching method. We create a teaching team which has higher teaching level, strong practical capability, reasonable major structure and we also establish a multiple-featured, advanced equipment computer training base [1]. Though ITAT course’s reform in teaching content and method, we can make the trained talent more in line with the demand of employing in enterprises, furthermore, we can strengthen student’s

task-driven, take ‘teaching, learning and doing’ as one [2]. In teaching take competency training as the goal, and take students as main body, teaching while learning, learning while doing, to make “teaching” organically integrated, the content of the course was done in the training room, which greatly improved the students’ learning enthusiasm, initiative, and improved the students’ practical ability, the teaching effect and teaching quality.
