ABSTRACT
In recent years, the discussion of the perspective in public on School Abolishing and Merging has been once again thrown into the spotlight resulted from the repeated occurrence in safety accident of school bus. There are various opinions on this topic after the implementation of School Abolishing and Merging policies. People who in favor of the policy think it benefits the resource combination and optimizes the efficiency of the resources allocation. Opponents hold the opinion that rural children study in far away school will not only bring about safety problems but also lead to the family economic burden heavier. What is more, it does not significantly mean the improvement of big-class education quality. As the old saying goes, a slight move in one part may affect the situation as a whole. The widespread controversial question in education field has closely connected with economic development. School Abolishing and Merging policies have brought profound influence to the development of local economy and society, which not only has promoted the urbanization process and the development of the service industry, but also contribute to revolution. This requires the government to capture this opportunity with a keen eye, reasonable to operate the implementation of the policy and make the comprehensive development of local economic.
