ABSTRACT
The forklift, as the small distance transporting machinery, needs to use clutch frequently when it starts, runs and works [1]. Compared with cars, the forklift clutch is used more frequently [2]. The clutch, which needs put the foot on the pedal, is replaced gradually with automation control mechanism, namely, the conventional clutch is assembled with an actuator driven by motor to realize forklift automatic clutch, thus lighting drivers’ work and mental burden, reducing shifting jerks, improving ride comfort and avoiding differences due to different technique [3]. The actuator includes motor, drive mechanism and disengaging lever.
