ABSTRACT
Broadcast and television is still playing a very important role in the contemporary age, which includes the following aspects: firstly, broadcast and television has the publicity function. It could take its own absolute advantage in mass media to transmiss the Party’s related lines, guidelines and policies more timely as well as guide the current social ideology, forming an important propaganda function. Secondly, broadcast and television is equipped with education function [2]. It could be utilized to disseminate related scientific and cultural knowledge to the masses better, especially the natural science and cultural knowledge which a part of the masses have never contacted completely yet. It has very important effect on improving the scientific and cultural qualities of the masses in the whole society. What’s more, current radio and television could still play a supervision role, which is to supervise some social behavior, including specific administrative behavior, economic activities and social activities and the like, by such a platform. Hence, it could enable to build and carry forward the social justice as well as suppress and rectify the illicit atmosphere.
