ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Performance of ceramic filter pretreatment unit was studied with the experimental object of seawater. Test results showed that: Bearing performance of ceramic filter pretreatment unit was good and could be used as desalination osmosis of seawater with high pressure. The turbidity of effluent water would be less than 1NTU when the feed turbidity was 460NTU, and the turbidity can satisfy the reverse osmosis influent water quality requirements. The permeate flux recovery rate maintained over 97% after the cleaning of ceramic filter.
