ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: To solve the key problems in earthquake influence field assessment systems, the author developed a WebGIS based dynamic earthquake influence field assessment system, implemented data sharing and dynamic assessment of earthquake influence field from different platform and sources. This paper firstly describes the current status of earthquake influence field research, then puts forward solutions for the existing problems and functional structure design for the system. According to the working process of earthquake intensity evaluation on site and the formation process of earthquake intensity map, the author develops the dynamic WebGIS based assessment model and realizes its function. By comprehensively considering earthquake influence field data format in various platforms, the author develops online data sharing function of earthquake influence field vector layer. Finally, this paper describes the function of this system in earthquake emergency and earthquake prediction work, and expounds its referable meaning to disaster prevention and mitigation planning job.
