The effects of reversible lane’s application on vehicle emissions in Chaoyang Road in Beijing

ABSTRACT: This paper first gives an overview of reversible lane and the relevant content of vehicles’pollutants’emission, and then makes use of the survey data to calculate various pollutants’ emission systematically according to the actual condition of reversible lane in Chaoyang Road. Finally, an explanation about the application of reversible lanes effects on vehicle emissions will be given according to the contrast by the reversible lane before and after use.
