ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Aging population in China is getting severe in next coming decade. However, the current regulation of elderly community in China still essentially concentrates on accessibility, assurance of space and scale, and hardware construction of elderly community. Following the principle of construction safety, convenience, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly green elderly community, the author conducted a comprehensive analysis over evaluation principle for green living building and intelligent building focusing on outdoor/indoor comfort, intelligent living, especially, soft-supporting and management in order to develop and perfect the idea of green elderly community on a wider approach. Furthermore, this research intend to establish a systematic evaluation framework on macro level (society community), mezzo level (public space of community), and micro level (living unit), and also predict the development orientation and trend of green elderly community.
