ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: This paper mainly studied the differences of the total flavonoids contents between 11Varieties muskmelons with different pulp color, and evaluate their antioxidant abilities in multiple antioxidant systems. The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids of Jingyu-4 and Jingyu5 were higher than the other varieties. Meanwhile, they two have better antioxidation activity to develop health care beverage and related products.
