Noise emission levels during spinning classes and the effects on workers’ health

The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MTE) proposes a scale containing the tolerance limits to noise in the workplace, and for eight hours of daily exposure the maximum value should not exceed 85 decibels (dB), and that each additional five decibels to this value, the contact time should be decreased by half (Brasil 2011).
