ABSTRACT

The emergence of outsourcing relationship and its development is conditioned by some key requirements of nowadays: maintenance of competitiveness of companies and the lack of skilled professionals, increasing administrative and personnel expenses. The choice of services outsourcing is based on the incorporation of external services providers in the business process, transferring to them secondary functions. If a company takes on the initiative of outsourcing, it is essential to choose correct contractual processes and the services provider. Therefore, the maintenance of relations between the client and the outsourcing services provider, creation of trust becomes extremely important for successful partnership.
