ABSTRACT
Educational Administration Management (EAM), which is the basis of various affairs in universities, plays a significant role in the university education. The EAM refer to the contents of student management, teaching management and test management, and also has the features of large amount of data, complex relationship, and various affairs. The EAM is not only the important component part that measure the stability of the teaching order, the level of teaching management and the teaching quality, but also relating to the school development and the talent cultivation. Hence, the EAM occupies a hugely important position in the college life [Cheng R.H. 2003].
